Ingredients:
1) Sorakayya - 1 small
2) Green Chilli or Jalapenos - to your taste
3) Grated Coconut
4) Peanut pd (option)
5) Sesamme (roasted til) pd (option)
6) Oil , Mustard, Jerra, Urad dal
7) Salt
8) Turmeric pd
Preparation:
1) Peel Sorakayya, chopp them and keep aside
2) Keep a bowl on stove add oil. Once oil gets heated add urad dal, mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves and once they get splitter remove from stove and keep aside.
3) Keep another pan on stove add little oil.Once oil gets heated add green chillis n chopped sorakayya and pinch of turmeric pd, and a tsp of salt and cover and keep till they are cooked....
4) Once they are cooked add little coconut, peanut pd and blend in the blender to paste....
5) Remove from blender and mix in bowl in step 2.
6) Serve with Hot rice or chapati's...
Note: coconut, peanut pd n til pd are option without these also pachadi will taste gr8....
If u want u can add either peanut pd or til pd either one is sufficient.
