This recipe is very easy to prepare and also tastes very yummy........here goes the recipe
Ingredients:
1. Fresh Coconut grated - 1/2 coconut
2. Peanuts - as required
3. green chilli
4. salt
5. oil
6. mustard
7. Cumin seeds
8. urad dal
9. channa dal
10. Rice - 1 cup
Preparation:
1. In cooker cook rice by adding 2 cups water to rice for 3 whistles
2. In a pan add oil Once oil gets heated add mustard,jerra,urad dal, channa dal .
3. Once they start to splitter add peanuts and saute for few mins
4. Now add grated coconut and saute for a min (do not burn coconut keep stove on simmer and saute)
5. Now add precooked rice and salt and mix well...
Note : You can use dry coconut in place of fresh one also
if req u can add frozen peas also
You can add little lemon juice at the end if u like. It tastes good.
