Ingredients:
1) Tomatoes - 1 lb
2) Red chilli pd
3) Salt
4) Channa dal
5) Urad dal
6) mustard
7) Cumin Seeds
8) Coconut pd
9) Peanut pd
10) Oil
Preparation:
1) Keep a pan on stove and roast urad dal and channa dal till they turn light brown
2) Now blend them in a blender to powder and keep aside
3) Now add little oil to this pan and when oil gets heated add mustard and cumin seeds once they start to splitter add chopped tomatoes and let them cook
4) Now add red chilli pd, salt and a pinch of turmeric pd and keep it for another couple of mins
5) Once it gets cooled blend in the blender to paste by adding little coconut , peanut pd and pd from step 2 to these cooked tomatoes
6) Serve tomato pachadi with hot rice and ghee.......hmm isn't it yummy and mouth watering
