Ingredients:
1) Bell Pepper -1 each (Red Yellow n Green)
2) Jalapeno or Green Chillies
3) Garam Masala
4) Garlic and Ginger Paste
5) Salt
6) Grated Coconut
7) Peanut pd (Option)
8) Oil, Mustard, Cumin Seeds, Urad dal, Channa Dal, Turmeric pd
9) Rice 1 cup
Preparation:
1) Cook rice by adding 2 cups of water in cooker and let that cool
2) Wash and Chop Peppers and keep aside
3) Keep a pan on stove and add little oil and when it gets heated add all the ingredients (from list no 8) Once they start to splitter add green chillies and chopped pepper and let that cook
4) Once they become soft add garlic ginger paste, garam masala, salt, coconut , peanut pd and little red chilli pd and keep for some time.
5) Mix precooked rice(step 1) to above gravy and mix well...
6) Now serve this along with mango pickle and onion......
